I qualified as a mindset coach in 2013 before completing my first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2015. I’ve since completed a further 400 hours of training, specialising in functional yin yoga, myofascial release, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and the neurobiology of stress.
But my experience with yoga goes beyond my training. My body and life changed dramatically in 2019 when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). Now I’m moving through perimenopause, everything is changing all over again.
MS and menopause share many overlapping symptoms, which means my yoga practice is constantly evolving. First, it helped me learn to live well with MS. Now, it’s helping me navigate perimenopause too.
I know yoga isn’t going to fix the complexity of being a woman in midlife with an autoimmune condition. But these practices give me space to work with that complexity rather than constantly trying to override it.
When our bodies are changing and life feels like too much, we need space to slow down, tune in and listen to what’s actually going on in our bodies. Yoga isn’t another protocol to follow, but a way of paying attention rather than pushing through. It's not a cure-all or another thing to add to the list, but a way to work with the bodies and lives we have today, and to meet ourselves as we are.
Which is why everything that’s helped me, I now offer you. My offerings are accessible, evidence-based, focused on functional benefit, and meet you where you are. My hope is that these practices will help you find that space for yourself too.

Women are already four times more likely than men to develop an autoimmune condition. Add the complexity of hormonal transition and the general overwhelm of midlife, and there’s a lot for the body and mind to navigate. Many symptoms can also overlap—chronic fatigue, brain fog, poor memory, insomnia, and swollen or stiff joints—making it difficult to know what’s driving how you feel.
That’s why I weave these vital themes into my offerings. I work with women like me who are navigating life post-40 in a body that no longer feels entirely like their own.
All of the yoga and mindset practices I offer are designed for women like me with changing bodies and busy minds. Each is carefully chosen to reduce stress, aid functional movement and support whole-system regulation—helping you feel better in your body, calm your mind and come back to yourself.
